You get the confirmation and every update by email.
Your passenger gets text messages from their chauffeur on the day of the ride, such as "on my way" and "I've arrived". They do not get emails unless you ask for them.
Want your passenger to get emails too? Sign in to your account, open My passengers, and switch on email for them. You can show or hide the price, and change it any time.
This passenger is saved to your account for next time. Edit or remove anyone under My passengers in your account menu.
Flying commercial? Enter your flight number. Private aviation? Enter your tail number. We'll set your terminal for you.
